Placement Information
CMT has established a fully-fledged Placement Cell headed by a Placement Officer. Two senior PGDM students from the 2nd year and two junior PGDM students from 1st year are being nominated as members of the placement cell to coordinate all the placement activities from training to conduct Moke interviews coordinating with the industries to schedule summer internship and find placements.
The following is schedule of the placement cell to train the students for the requirement of the industry:
- Categorizing students in order to identify their weaknesses and to convert the same into strength.
- Mock interviews are conducted meticulously to assess students' abilities and prepare them for interviews.
- Personality development programs are conducted systematically.
- Role plays are organized to help students develop their confidence and interview skills.
- Resume writing is an integral part of the placement training.
- Special emphasis is given for cracking interviews.
- The placement officer and the members coordinate with different industries to invite them for campus interviews.
- Short-term Training Program called FUTURE managers from industries who guide students in identifying mental blocks, refining management skills, and ultimately overcoming them.
